Television and Radio
Howard Sounes (whose surname for broadcast is pronounced
to rhyme with spoons), appears regularly on television and radio in connection
with his specialist interests in Bob Dylan, Charles Bukowski, popular
culture, Fred and Rosemary West, and crime generally.
Mr. Sounes has contributed to numerous television documentaries,
made by British and foreign broadcasters. He has authored and presented
a 45-minute crime documentary "Murder & Celebrity," for
UKTV, as well as being a regular newspaper reviewer for Sky News.
Additionally, he has written and broadcast for the BBC
World Service as well as reviewing films for BBC radio. The author has
also been
a speaker at live events including the Edinburgh International Book
Festival.
